Red Pu-erh Tea – for lightness and detox
Red Pu-erh tea is an excellent choice for those concerned about their figure and digestion. It supports metabolism, helps reduce “bad” LDL cholesterol, and supports intestinal microflora. Thanks to its polyphenol content, it has cleansing properties and accelerates fat burning processes – which is why dieters so often choose it.
Rooibos – a caffeine-free herbal alternative
Rooibos, a tea made from red bush leaves, is a mild, aromatic option perfect for the evening. It supports digestion, soothes the nervous system, and helps with tension and irritability. Rooibos also provides natural support for stomach ailments. It is an excellent part of a healthy diet and can be safely consumed even by children and pregnant women – it does not contain caffeine.
Yerba Mate – Natural Energy from South America
Yerba Mate is an infusion made from the leaves of the yerba mate plant, prized for its stimulating properties and slightly bitter taste. It’s an excellent alternative to coffee – it aids concentration and boosts energy naturally.
How to brew the perfect red tea?
The art of brewing red tea has a long history. Traditionally, red tea is served in gaiwan cups, or bowls with a lid and saucer. This doesn’t mean you need a special vessel to recreate this unique flavor in the comfort of your own home, in your favorite mug. What do you need to know about the brewing process to fully enjoy red tea and benefit from its valuable properties? Do not pour boiling water over the infusion to preserve the depth of the tea’s flavor and the properties of its leaves. Pour water at approximately 90 degrees Celsius (the temperature of the water 3-4 minutes after boiling). How long should you brew red tea? It takes a little less time than green or black teas, only 1-3 minutes. After this time, the tea may develop a bitter aftertaste. For a stronger infusion, add more dried herbs instead of extending the brewing time. How much dried herb should you add to your cup? The optimal amount is 2-5 g per cup of hot water. Done! You can enjoy your perfectly prepared tea.
